To all Erickson Advantage Members,
I’ve had the pleasure of working with you before at Brooksby Village on your Medicare coverage. There is an important change you need to know about.
As you have heard, your Erickson Advantage plan will be ending December 31, 2026, and you will need to choose a new Medicare plan for your upcoming coverage. I know that hearing your Medicare plan is ending can be concerning. You may be wondering:
• Will I be able to keep my doctors?
• Will my prescriptions still be covered?
• What will my new costs be?
• What benefits will I have?
• What plans are available to me?
The GOOD NEWS is — you have options!
There are other Medicare plans available, and I’m here to help you understand them and find an option that fits your needs.
Because we have worked together before, I would be happy to review your choices with you. We can look at your doctors, prescriptions, benefits, and costs and compare the options available in your area.
And it’s easy to get started!
We can meet in whatever way is most convenient for you — by telephone or virtually. You don't have to travel or leave your home. We can take the time to go through your options together and answer any questions you may have.
You don't have to figure this out on your own. I’m here for you!
My goal is to make this transition as simple, comfortable, and stress-free as possible.
LET’S REVIEW YOUR OPTIONS TOGETHER!
Please give me a call or reach out to me at your convenience to schedule a time that works for you.
I’m here to help, and I would love the opportunity to work with you again.
I look forward to hearing from you!
